Find the 5 Values That Should Be Running Your Life
You make decisions and then feel a low hum of guilt or doubt afterward — even when the decision was 'right' on paper. You say yes to things you don't want to do because you 'should,' and you feel a quiet pull toward things you never give yourself permission to pursue. The problem is you've never actually separated what YOU value from what you were taught to value.

Is this for you?
The People-Pleaser
You agree to things automatically and only realize afterward that you resent the commitment. You can't tell anymore which choices are actually yours.
The Decision-Paralyzed
Big choices — job offers, moves, relationships — leave you stuck for weeks because every option seems to satisfy one priority while violating another.
The Quietly Misaligned
On paper your life looks fine. But something feels off, and you can't articulate what — because you've never actually defined what 'aligned' would mean for you.

Sample Exercise: Values vs. Wants vs. Shoulds
A value shows up in your behavior under stress. A 'should' shows up in your guilt. This worksheet takes your top 5 values from the inventory and tests each one against real evidence from your actual life — separating what you genuinely live by from what you were taught to perform.
Your exercise
For each of your top 5 values, decide: is this a VALUE (I live by it), a WANT (I desire it), or a SHOULD (someone taught me to want it)? Then write the evidence from your actual life that proves it — specific behaviors, not intentions. If the evidence column is empty, it's probably a should, not yet a value.
