Refund Policy

We want you to feel the products are worth it. Because everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly, this policy explains exactly when and how you can get a refund. The same policy applies in every country, including India.

1. The 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded a keep-forever file from that purchase. Downloading a keep-forever copy transfers permanent ownership and completes delivery, so it ends refund eligibility for that purchase. You can use any workbook fully in-app while you decide.

2. Access passes

• The 30-day and 365-day All-Access passes are one-time payments. They do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: access ends when the period you paid for runs out.
• The lifetime Vault is a single payment with no renewals. It includes keep-forever downloads, and downloading one ends refund eligibility as described above.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@mymindmywealth.com from the address on your account with your order/receipt ID and a one-line reason (it helps us improve). We aim to reply within 2 business days.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via the processor you used — PayPal (global) or Razorpay (India). Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit after we issue it.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law (for example, EU/UK consumer-protection rules for digital content). Where you have asked for immediate access and acknowledged that this can end a statutory withdrawal right, that acknowledgement applies — but this policy is designed to be at least as fair as those rights.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a bank dispute — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks on already-delivered downloads may result in account suspension.
