Refund Policy

We want you to feel the products are worth it. Because everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly, this policy explains exactly when and how you can get a refund.

1. One-time purchases (workbooks, packs, programs)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the keep-forever file for the item. Downloading the downloadable copy transfers permanent ownership and completes delivery, so it ends refund eligibility for that item. You can use any workbook fully in-app while you decide.

2. Access passes & subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• For the first charge on a new pass, you may request a full refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded any keep-forever files during that period.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@mymindmywealth.com from the address on your account with your order/receipt ID and a one-line reason (it helps us improve). We aim to reply within 2 business days.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via the processor you used — PayPal (global) or Razorpay (India). Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit after we issue it.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law (for example, EU/UK consumer-protection rules for digital content). Where you have asked for immediate access and acknowledged that this can end a statutory withdrawal right, that acknowledgement applies — but this policy is designed to be at least as fair as those rights.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a bank dispute — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks on already-delivered downloads may result in account suspension.
