Privacy Policy

My Mind My Wealth (“we”, “us”) provides educational content, assessments, and workbooks. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@mymindmywealth.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you create an account (authentication is handled by Google Firebase).
• Usage data: assessment responses, learning progress, and workbook activity — used to personalise your experience and track progress.
• Purchase data: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
• Email sign-ups: if you join our list, we store your email address and the source of the sign-up.
• Technical data: product analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry) collect device, browser, and interaction events to keep the site working.

2. Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie for sign-in and a non-sensitive country cookie (your ISO country code) to show the right currency. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and personalise the service you signed up for.
• To process and deliver purchases.
• To send you content and updates you opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To keep the platform secure, reliable, and improving.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and file storage
• PayPal — payment processing (only what a transaction requires)
• PostHog — product analytics · Sentry — error monitoring
• Our email service provider — to send the messages you opted into

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and California's CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent or opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@mymindmywealth.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer.

7. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
