These terms govern your use of My Mind My Wealth (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Educational content — not professional advice

All content, assessments, and workbooks are for education and general information only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or mental-health advice, and using the Service does not create a professional relationship. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation. You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

3. Purchases, access & refunds

• Prices are shown at checkout and charged in the currency displayed. Payments are handled by PayPal (and, in India, Razorpay).
• Purchasing a workbook, pack, program, or pass grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that content.
• Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or your account access;
• Copy, scrape, or create derivative works from our content beyond personal use;
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by My Mind My Wealth or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you only the limited rights described above.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the content.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these terms; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
