Five Scripts That Turn Conversations Into Raises
You know you're underpaid. You've thought about bringing it up — in the performance review, with the client who's paid the same rate for two years, in response to the job offer that came in lower than you hoped. And then you didn't. Not because you don't deserve more, but because you don't have the words, the number, or the nerve to say them out loud without your voice shaking.
What you get
Part 1 — Know Your Worth
Part 2 — The 5 Scripts
Part 3 — Mastery Tools
Part 4 — System & Commitment
Is this for you?
The Guilty Asker
You feel like you're being greedy or difficult just by raising the topic of money — so you don't, and the gap keeps growing.
The Silent Settler
You've accepted offers, rates, and raises that were lower than you wanted because you didn't know what else to say in the moment.
The Overdue Freelancer
You haven't raised your rates in years, even as your skills and results have grown — because you don't want to 'rock the boat' with good clients.

Sample Exercise: The Market Value Calculator — 3-Source Method
Most people walk into a negotiation with a number based on a feeling. This exercise replaces the feeling with a triangulated figure from three independent sources — because one source is an opinion, but three sources are a market signal. Anchoring is one of the most powerful forces in any negotiation, and this number becomes your anchor.
Your exercise
Gather your market value from three sources: (1) online salary data for your exact role, location, and experience level — Glassdoor, Payscale, Levels.fyi, LinkedIn Salary; (2) a recruiter's quote for what someone with your profile typically commands; (3) ballpark numbers from three peers in similar roles. Record each range, then write your triangulated value, your current compensation, and your negotiation target (15-20% above current, or the top of the triangulated range).
The full workbook has structured worksheets like this across every section — plus trackers, frameworks, and monthly review templates.
