Stop Feeling Like a Fraud — Even While You Succeed
You're doing well by every external measure — promotions, praise, results — and it changes nothing about how you feel inside. There's a voice that says any day now, someone's going to realize you've been winging it. So you over-prepare, you stay quiet when you could speak up, and you let opportunities pass because some part of you doesn't feel 'ready' or 'senior enough,' no matter how much evidence says otherwise.
What you get
Part 1 — The Diagnosis
Part 2 — The Detox Protocol
Part 3 — The Reframe & Visibility System
Part 4 — Carry It Forward
Is this for you?
The High-Achieving Doubter
You keep getting promoted, praised, and trusted with more — and it never translates into feeling like you've earned it. The gap between your résumé and your self-image keeps widening.
The Visibility Avoider
You decline the speaking slot, let a colleague take credit, or stay quiet in the room — not because you have nothing to say, but because some part of you doesn't feel entitled to take up space.
The New-Room Newcomer
Every new role, new level, or new environment resets the feeling to zero — like all your previous evidence of competence doesn't carry over and you're starting from 'fraud' again.

Sample Exercise: The Evidence Audit
The imposter response survives by selectively filtering evidence — keeping every near-miss and discarding every win. The Evidence Audit forces a complete, fact-only comparison: what you feel is true about your competence versus what you can actually verify. Most people discover a 9:1 ratio of evidence against their imposter belief — and realize they've been ignoring it.
Your exercise
Take an imposter belief from your Inventory (page 7). For each one, list the verifiable facts FOR it and the verifiable facts AGAINST it — facts only, not feelings. Calculate the ratio (e.g. '2 facts for vs. 8 facts against') and write a verdict: Supported, Unsupported, or Mixed.
The full workbook has structured worksheets like this across every section — plus trackers, frameworks, and monthly review templates.
