Close the Gap Between Where You Are and Where You Said You'd Be
You're not short on ambition. You have a vision, you've made plans, and you've probably restarted a few of them. But there's a gap — between the life you said you wanted and the one you're actually living — and it hasn't moved much in months, maybe years. Every January it gets a new name. Every February it quietly disappears again.
What you get
Part 1 — The Gap Inventory & Prioritization
Part 2 — Root Cause & Resource Mapping
Part 3 — The 12-Week Sprint Grid
Part 4 — Mid-Project Reset & Integration
Is this for you?
The Serial Planner
You've written more plans than you've finished. Notion is full of half-built systems and 'Q1 goals' from three years ago.
The Overwhelmed Achiever
You have 7 things you 'should' be working on and you're paralyzed by all of them at once, so you end most days having moved none of them forward.
The February Quitter
Every year starts strong. By week 5, the plan is quietly abandoned and nobody — including you — mentions it again.

Sample Exercise: The 5 Whys Root Cause Analysis
Most gaps survive because you're fighting the wrong problem. The 5 Whys takes a surface-level gap ('I haven't started my side business') and drills down five layers to the real root — which is almost never what you first wrote down. The workbook includes a fully worked example before you do your own.
Your exercise
State your Gap #1 in one sentence. Then ask 'why does this gap exist?' and write the answer. Take that answer and ask 'why is THAT true?' Repeat five times total. Your fifth answer is usually the real root cause — write it as a single sentence.
The full workbook has structured worksheets like this across every section — plus trackers, frameworks, and monthly review templates.

The transformation
By the end of this workbook you'll have identified and prioritized your top 3 life gaps, traced each one to its true root cause with the 5 Whys, and built a 12-week sprint grid with one measurable outcome per week — plus a Day 45 reset and celebration protocol to keep you going.
A prioritized list of your top 3 gaps, chosen using an urgency × importance matrix
A root-cause map for each gap that reveals the real blocker (it's rarely the first one you name)
A 12-week sprint grid with weekly measurable outcomes, a Day 45 reset, and a signed commitment contract
