Find Work That Pays You to Be Yourself
On paper, your career works. The title is fine, the pay is fine, the trajectory is fine. But most days you feel like you're running on empty by 2pm — not from the workload, but from doing work that drains you instead of feeding you. You've taken personality quizzes and career assessments before, and they gave you categories, not clarity. What you need isn't another label. It's data from your own life about when you actually come alive.
What you get
Part 1 — Discover Your Flow Data
Part 2 — Build Your Zone of Genius Profile
Part 3 — Generate and Filter Possibilities
Part 4 — Run the Experiment
Is this for you?
The Functionally Fine
Nothing is technically wrong with your job, but you feel drained instead of energized — and you can't quite explain why to anyone who asks.
The Quiz-Fatigued
You've done the personality tests, the strengths assessments, the career quizzes. You have categories. You still don't have a next step.
The False-Choice Rejecter
You've been told to pick between 'meaningful' and 'well-paid' work. You don't believe that's actually true — and you want proof.

Sample Exercise: The Flow State Memory Lane
Most career advice starts with abstract self-assessment — rate yourself on a 1-5 scale for 'creativity' or 'leadership.' This exercise starts with evidence instead. Episodic memory — recalling specific moments — produces more accurate self-knowledge than abstract ratings, because your flow memories are data, not opinions about yourself.
Your exercise
Recall 3 specific times you lost track of time while doing something productive (not entertainment). For each memory, record the activity, the environment, the challenge level, your feelings before/during/after, and a flow intensity rating from 1-10. Then find the pattern: what do all three memories share in terms of activity type, environment, and challenge level?
